Dear Patients,
The government has confirmed that, following the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Monday 19th September will be a Bank Holiday.
In line with NHS guidance, your GP surgery will be closed on Monday 19th September, but local out-of-hours and urgent care services will be open as normal.
If you have an urgent medical problem please call 111 and for any life threatening issues please call 999.
Otherwise, we would kindly ask you to contact us on Tuesday 20th September.
