St Luke’s Practice- Practice boundary checkerPLANNED MAINTENANCE CARPENTERS PRACTICE – ST LUKE’S BRANCH 2 St Luke’s Square, Canning Town, E16 1HT TUESDAY 25TH JUNE 2024 12:30pm – 6:30pm Please be aware that due to important computer upgrades we will be unable to access our booking system and patient records at the St Luke’s Branch on the above date. This means we will be unable to book appointments or look up patient information whilst the maintenance is being carried out and will have a reduced capacity to see patients at this location. Carpenters Stratford High Street and Church Road Branches will be open and operating as usual with additional clinicians at these locations to ensure patients can still be seen. Please make your request via the Dr IQ App, Phone or visiting in person and we will be able to assist you. We apologise for any inconvenience. .
